I am extremely satisfied with Acker Roofing and highly recommend them!   After calling around to other roofing companies, Acker was the most responsive and reasonably priced.  The estimator came out, inspected the damage and delivered a quote when he said he would.  The workers came out, completed the work on schedule, and did a great job cleaning up (picked up all the old rusty nails, cleaned up all the debris, etc.).  Acker did this work last September, but I wanted to wait for a few storms to ensure there would be no leaks... and I'm pleased to report that my roof is as water-tight as it was when it was brand new. Acker Roofing was recommended by my original roofer when I had storm damage last winter and needed my roof vent replaced and moved. I was frustrated because I couldn't get a response from other roofers I’d contacted who were either too busy or wanted to sell me a whole new roof (didn't need that). Acker came out right away, gave me a reasonable quote in line with what my insurance company estimated. We had an unexpected leak this past spring during the extra heavy rains due to a patio cover not being tied in correctly years ago. Acker Roofing was the only company who was responsive and would give us a quote. Although it was more expensive that the “guys in a truck” was, I felt reassured when they were able to explain what the problem was, how it would be repaired, and most importantly, how it would be fixed so that the problem wouldn’t recur. The crew was so kind, apologetic when it took one extra day (NOT a big deal at all), and I would ultimately recommend them to anyone else, and use them again, should the need arise.

Acker Roofing is a trustworthy and responsible company. Their bid was competitive, their scheduling was easy, their workers were respectful and tidy, and they did the work around the rain schedule and made me feel important and not abandoned during the process. I unfortunately had a roof leak. The consultation was scheduled quickly. However, I know it was the middle of a bad Rain season. It took a while to get someone schedule to do the repair. So unfortunately I encountered more water damage. They were going through some employee injuries at the time. A better update would of been better of when they could come out . Acker Roofing replaced my 1,400 square foot home roof in April 2023. I am extremely pleased with the quality of material and craftsmanship, professionalism and customer service that I received throughout the entire process. The tear-off and replacement was completed in just two days. The crew were hard workers, polite, cleaned the job site completely and gave me a beautiful new roof.
