Top notch all the way around. Kevin did a great job on initial assessment and explanation. Dean was beyond excellent in talking us through every detail and answering all my newbie questions. Guessing not many people probably buy more than one roof in their lives, so it’s a learning process and Dean was great all the way through. He facilitated getting us samples of a dozen different shingles to choose from for color. Threw in some extras on installation that were not on the quote to make us happy with the details. Price quoted was the best we got, including no markup on permit fees. And without doubt best service you could hope for. His quote was also the only one with thoroughly detailed info on methods and materials. Most others were just a single line lump sum “trust us” kind of quote. But for $20k you might want some details! Dean delivered. Also certified for the best warranty in the business. Lots of other business charge extra for that, Acker included it in the cost. And lots of other installers advertise or say that they’re certified with various shingle companies, but surprise, they’re not! Buyer beware. I called and emailed the manufacturer to verify after getting quotes, and most weren’t authorized to offer the extended warranties. But if you didn’t check and then 20 years later you need to make a claim, surprise! Peace of mind, Dean and Acker are fully legit. Plus, Dean is a straight shooter no BS kind of guy, not a pushy salesman. Acker truly earn all those 5 star reviews, now including mine. Thanks guys!

Acker Roofing was a great choice. Dean Mouser’s quote was the second lowest out of 6. The lowest quoted company only had 10 reviews and 4 were horrible. Acker roofing has hundreds of 5 star reviews. Acker roofing did a great job for a reasonable price, and also updated the vents for a more sleek design. The roof looks great and is prorated for 30 years. Will recommend them to anyone I hear thinking about roof replacement.

Acker Roofing did a great job of replacing our roof. They listened to my specific needs, found a good solution, and troubleshooted problem areas. They were able to fit us into their schedule and the job was done quickly. They handled all the permits and inspections and provided me with a letter on letterhead that was easy to show my insurance company to prove we had a new roof. Great quality product and service. Would highly recommend.

I live in North Carolina but I needed to take care of my dad property after he passed. I contacted several companies some of which did not call me back. Dusten at Acker called me right back. He inspected the roof and sent me a written proposal right away. Acker gave me a fair price but more importantly they did a phenomenal job. They made the process very easy despite the fact that I was almost 3000 miles away. Dusten communicated with me via email, text, and phone and answered all my questions. This is a company with a lot of integrity and they do exceptional work. I wish I could hire them here in NC! 😀

These guys did a good job at a fair price. I called six different companies in the area, they were the most reasonable reputable company of all six I’m pretty happy with the situation. Their guys cracked a little plastic mini roof while they were working, and I told him about it, and they came out and fixed it immediately. The roof they put on looks like it’s gonna last a long time.

We did a complete tear-off and also had insulation blown into the attic. Dusten and his team, both office staff and crew, were professional, detail-oriented, patient and polite. Our old house has some peculiarities, but Acker Roofing rolled with it and got the job done fast and with precision. After an encounter with another roofing company, who shall remain nameless, Acker Roofing restored my faith in humanity. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting their roofing done right!
